摘要
分析了本质安全的内涵及本质安全与清洁生产和绿色化学之间的联系及区别。通过对清洁生产和本质安全的基本原则的分析,比较了本质安全与清洁生产的理论基础、设计方法、评价指标体系和实施技术步骤,提出了发展本质安全技术的若干建议。本文为本质安全理论的发展提供了理论基础。
This paper aims to provide a comprehensive review over the advancement in the studies of the characteristic features of the relation among inherent safety, cleaner production and green chemistry in reference to the principles of the related sciences, design features, index systems of such production. Along with the review, some appropriate suggestions on the future developmental trends have been put forward. As is well known, green chemistry, cleaner production and inherent safety are innovative goals and methods with their common goal being able to eliminate or at least minimize haphazard and pollution in production by taking the safety and environment as the primary factors in planning chemical production. Literately speaking, green chemistry refers to environment-friendly chemical production in reducing waste but supplying more environment-friendly products to the society. Cleaner production is by the continual endeavors and efforts exerted to prevent and eliminate pollution and economic use of energy, water and other material resources. Inherent safety refers to the guarantee and promotion of the safety manufacturing chemical products by attaching specific attention to safety measures to be taken. While trying to providing a solid theoretical foundation for cleaner production and inherent safety, the paper has brought forward concrete proposals on how to achieve the above goals.
