摘要
以计划行为理论为基础,从企业管理者和企业层面的行为这两个角度,构建了中小企业安全投入的TPB模型,从行为态度、主观规范、知觉行为控制三方面分析中小企业安全投入行为影响因素。并且充分考虑了中小企业过去行为因素,更加全面分析了中小企业安全投入行为的影响因素,并从这4个影响因素分析结果提出如何加强中小企业安全投入行为的引导策略。
Based on theory of planned behavior, this paper introduces the safety input TPB model of small and mediumsized enterprises from the manager.s level and corporate level and the influencing factors of SME safety investment behavior are analyzed from three aspects of behavior attitude, subjective norm and perceived behavioral control. Also the SME past behavioral factors are taken full account of to make a comprehensive analysis of the affecting factors of safety investment behavior. At last the guide strategies on how to strengthen the SME safety investment behavior are put forward.
