摘要
目的观察利维爱治疗对绝经后妇女血脂及血清oxLDL的影响。方法有更年期症状的绝经后妇女138例,随机分为治疗组(利维爱2.5 mg/d)和对照组。利维爱治疗前及治疗2年后检测血清TC、TG、HDL-C、LDL-C及oxLDL水平。结果129例完成观察和治疗。利维爱治疗2年后血TC显著降低(P<0.05),LDL-C和Lp(a)极显著降低(P<0.01),HDL-C略有降低(P>0.05);血oxLDL-C(P<0.01)显著降低。结论利维爱可调节血脂代谢,降低oxLDL-C,对动脉粥样硬化有预防作用。
Objective To assess the effect of tibolone treatment on lipoprotein and oxidized LDL of serum in postmenopausal women. Methods According to random number table, 138 symptomatic postmenopausal women were devided into experimental （tibolone were used,2.5 mg/day） and routine group. Fasting blood samples were drawn at baseline and the end of the follow-up period -2 years later for lipoprotein and oxidized LDL. Results 129 subjects were observed and treated, Two years of tibolone treatment decreased total cholesterol significantly （P〈0.05）,decreased LDL and cholesterol and Lp （a） extremely significantly （P〈0.01）. It also dedcreased significantly the level of oxidized LDL （P〈0.01）. The decrease of HDL cholesterol was not significant {P〉0.05）. Conclusion The present study shows that tibolone treatment can regulate the metabolism of lipoprotein and decrease oxidized LDL, thus appears to be useful in preventing atherosclerosis.
