摘要
基于以往对教师课程权力来源的探讨以及当前我国基础教育课程改革理念的认识,教师课程权力有教育法规、课程政策和专业能力三个来源。教育法规是教师课程权力的法定性支持来源;课程政策是教师课程权力的主要来源;专业能力是教师课程权力的力量性支持来源。
Based on the former discussions on the source of teachers'curriculum power and the understanding of the ideas on the current curriculum reform of basic education in China, this paper tries to bring forward three source of teachers'curriculum power: educational regulation, curriculum policy and professional capability. First, educational regulation is the legal source of supports of teachers'curriculum power. Second, curriculum policy is the main source of it. Thirdly, professional capability is strength source of supports of it.
