薄片镜蛤人工育苗技术的初步研究 被引量:8

摘要 于2007年5月-9月,对薄片镜蛤Dosinia laminata的室内人工育苗技术进行了初步研究,并成功培育出壳长1.2~1.5mm的稚贝300万粒。平均壳长为(60.90±2.24)mm的雌性个体每次产卵量为200万粒;在水温24.5~25.5℃、盐度27、pH7.5的条件下,受精卵约经过22h40min发育为D形幼虫;薄片镜蛤的卵径、D形幼虫、变态规格、单水管稚贝和双水管稚贝大小(壳长×壳高,下同)分别为(70.33±1.06)μm、(100.33±1.30)μm×(81.07±1.72)μm、(213.33±8.02)μm×(202.00±5.96)μm、(309.17±9.17)μm×(301.67±10.81)μm、(1158.33±9.31)μm×(1067.50±10.84)μm。浮游期间(0~10日龄),幼虫壳长、壳高的生长速度分别为(8.28±0.70)μm/d、(9.19±0.76)μm/d,存活率为(36.8±3.78)%;变态期间(10~14d),幼虫壳长、壳高的生长速度分别为(8.46±0.42)μm、(8.04±0.45)μm,变态率为(5.0±1.25)%,变态持续时间为4~5d;稚贝期间(14~40日龄),单水管、双水管稚贝的生长快于幼虫期,单水管稚贝壳长、壳高生长速度分别为(32.19±2.06)μm/d、(28.75±1.97)μm/d,双水管稚贝壳长、壳高生长速度分别为(53.07±40.43)μm/d、(47.86±38.22)μm/d,存活率为(81.2±3.36)%。以海泥为附着基采苗效果较好。 Indoor artificial breeding of clam Dosinia laminata was carried out, and 3 millions of juveniles with shell length of 1.2 - 1.5 mm were produced from May to September in 2007. The fecundity was found to be 2 millions per female with shell length of (60.90 ± 2.24) mm, and the D - larvae were observed after about 22 hours and 40 minutes after fertilization at water temperature of 24.5 - 25.5℃, salinity 27 and pH 7.5. The eggs were (70.33 ± 1.06) μm in diameter, and the D - larvae, postlarvae, single - siphon and double - siphon juveniles had shell length x shell height of ( 100.33 ± 1.30) μm × (81.07 ± 1.72) μm, (213.33 ± 8.02) μm × (202 ± 5.96 ) μm, (309.17± 9.17 ) μm × (301.67 ± 10.81 ) μm, and ( 1158.33 ± 9.31 ) μm × ( 1067.50 ± 10.84 ) μm, respectively. The daily growth of (8.28 ± 0.70 ) μm × (9.19 ± 0.76 ) μm , and survival rate of ( 36.8 ± 3.78 ) % was kept during the pelagic stage. During the metamorphosis (4 - 5 days), the daily growth was ( 8.46 ± 0.42 ) μm × ( 8.04 ±0.45) μm, with metamorphic rate of (5 ± 1.25)%. The later single -siphon, and double -siphon juveniles had good growth at average rate of (32.19±20.63) μm × (28.75 ± 19.71 ) μm, (53.07 ±40.43) μm × (47.86 ± 38.22) μm per day,and survival rate of (81.2 ± 3.36)%. Compared with other substrata, the sea mud as a substrate had better collection of juveniles.
