摘要
于2006年4月至7月，在7个池塘中放养3冬龄黄颡鱼Pelteobagrus fulvidraco亲鱼，分别给雌、雄鱼投喂添加枸杞、女贞子等和淫羊霍、杜仲等中草药的饲料。结果表明：摄食添加中草药饲料的雌鱼性腺指数（26．00％-26．17％）、受精率（80．10％-87．50％）和每尾亲鱼的出苗率（2683—4965尾）显著高于对照组（15．30％-19．55％、63．56％～77．42％和2413—2870尾）；雌亲鱼性腺和肌肉中n-3系列不饱和脂肪酸的含量显著高于对照组，n-6系列显著低于对照组；粗蛋白含量显著低于对照组，脂肪含量显著高于对照组（P〈0．05）；雌亲鱼血液中雌二醇含量显著低于对照组，雄鱼血液中睾酮含量极显著低于对照组（P〈0．01）。文中还讨论了中草药促进性腺发育成熟，提高繁殖效率的机理。
Three year old yellow catfish （Pelteobagrus fulvidraco）were stocked into seven earthen ponds （five for females and two for males） and fed diets supplemented with Chinese herb medicine including fructus lycii and fructus ligustri lucidi for the female and herba epimedii and cortex eucommiae for the males to study a food safe and efficient stimulant available for improvement of gonadal development and reproduction. The results showed that the females fed the diet containing the Chinese herb medicine had higher gonado -somatic index （26. 00% - 26.17% ） , fertilization （80.10% -87.50% ） and fry production （2683 -4965 individual/spawner） than the fish in the control（ 15.30% - 19.55% , 63.56% - 77.42% and 2413 - 2870 fry/spawner） had. There were signifi- cantly higher n -3 unsaturated fatty acid levels and lower n -6 unsaturated fatty acid levels in gonads and muscles in the females fed the diet containing the Chinese herb medicine than in the females fed the diet without the Chinese herb medicine supplementation （P 〈 0.05）. However, very significantly lower serum estradiol and testosterone levels were observed in the fish fed the diets containing the Chinese herb medicine than in the fish fed the diet without the Chinese herb medicine supplementation （P 〈 0.01 ）. Mechanism that the Chinese herb medicine could improve gonadal development and reproduction of yellow catfish was discussed.
