摘要
针对高分子聚合物在高温低渗油藏注入压力高、不耐剪切等问题,开展了水玻璃单液法调堵剂的室内研究。采用水玻璃溶液加入固化剂水溶液进行了黏温关系、胶凝时间、热稳定性、耐酸碱性及封堵率等性能试验。室内试验表明,该调堵剂胶凝时间易双向调节,封堵率高、黏度低、凝胶时间长,适合用于大剂量深层处理,在固化前具有良好洗油性,可以在调剖同时进行洗油,具有一剂双效的作用;与填料配伍性好,不但适合低中渗透层调剖,而且适用于封堵高渗透带和大孔道。该调堵剂价格低,施工安全简便,适用于高温低渗注水井层段内注水剖面的调整。
Aiming at the issue of high injection pressure and intolerance to shear for high polymer in high temperature low permeability reservoir, a laboratory study was carried out about single-fluid process water glass. After adding curing agent solution into water glass solution, a series of performance tests were conducted including viscosity-temperature relationship, gelation time, thermal stability, acid and alkaline resistance and plugging rate. The results demonstrate that this water-plugging profile-control agent is suitable for large dose deep treatment due to high plugging rate, low viscosity and long gelation time. Meanwhile it plays a double- effect role of profile-control and oil-wash due to good wash oil character before curing. Good compatibility with filler makes it suitable for not only profile-control in low or middle permeability reservoir but also high permeability zone and big channel plugging. In addition, the agent is also suitable for injection profile control in high temperature low permeability water injection zone due to low cost, safety and convenient operation.
