摘要
研究了水玻璃在高温、高矿化度下的温敏、盐敏现象及其影响因素;采用岩心物理模拟方法,研究了水玻璃在高温、高矿化度下的封堵能力与驱油性能。结果表明,水玻璃在高温下能自身生成白色沉淀,并且沉淀量受不同水玻璃、温度及时间的影响;水玻璃与高矿化度地层水作用不仅能产生大量沉淀,有效封堵地层中的大孔道,并且可以形成高黏物质,增加水的黏度,减小水油流度比;水玻璃在高温、高矿化度下有较好的封堵效果和驱油效果,进一步提高了原油采收率。
This paper researched the phenomenon that water glass can produce lots of white sediments at high temperature and high salinity and the influence factors on them. The methods of chemistry and physical simulation are used to research water glass property on profile control and oil displacement in high temperature and high salinity reservoir. It is found that water glass can form white sediments itself in high temperature. The temperature and water glass modulus can impact on the sediments. At the same time, it is found that water glass can make itself thicken and produce lots of white sediments with high salinity water. It is a more suitable profile control and oil displacement agent for high temperature and high salinity reservoir.
