摘要
通过家兔试验，以平均血糖降低百分率和刺激性为参考指标，分别对１％胰岛素滴眼液的促吸收剂皂甙、苄泽３５（Ｂｒｉｊ３５）、ＥＤＴＡ和去氧胆酸钠进行了试验。结果表明０．５％Ｂｒｉｊ３５促吸收作用较强，刺激性小，是较为理想的胰岛素滴眼液的促吸收剂。
Absorption enhancers of 1% Insulin eye drops were studed by rabbits, including saponin, brij 35 EDTA and sodium deoxycholic acid. The reduction percents of blood glucose concentration and the irritation of enhancers to rabbit eyes were determined. It was concluded that 0.5% Brij 35 was an ideal absorption enhancer for 1% Insulin eye drops because of its stronger absorption enhancement and its litter or no irritation.
