摘要
应用胰岛素经皮肤脉冲电流电渗技术对糖尿病大鼠进行了20min治疗,结果显示,治疗后糖尿病大鼠血糖逐渐下降,同时血清胰岛素水平明显升高。并发现在一定范围内糖尿病大鼠血糖下降的幅度与脉冲电流强度及释放极胰岛素浓度成正比。提示脉冲电流能有效地促进胰岛素经皮肤吸收。
We investigated iontophoresis of direct current with pulse wave form to facilitatethe transdermal delivery of insulin in order to control blood glucose levels in diabetic rats. A con-siderable reduction in blood glucose levels was achieved by a lower current intensity and shorterapplication time by using a pulse current instead of simple direct current. Moreover,the levels ofreduced blood glucose in diabetic rats were correlated to the current in density as well as thereservoir insulin concentration to some extent.The results suggest that insulin can be successfullydelivered through the intact skin by applying a non-invasive iontophoretic technique.
