摘要
针对微器件加工的要求,制定了基于PCI总线和FPGA技术的一体化系统构建方案,并设计开发了一整套纳秒激光微加工数控系统。系统中,二维平台精度为1μm,CCD实时传送加工效果图像。工作站控制板卡采用了PCI总线技术,并使用专用运动控制芯片SM5004控制电机。VC++编写的用户软件人机界面交互良好,用户可对加工过程进行实时观测和控制。
NC system of laser machining has much difference from the large - scale laser NC systems. According to the special need for micromachining, we designed a NC system based on PCI bus and FPGA technologies. The 2 - D motion platform has the precision of lum. And the CCD monitor offers real-time image of the machining effect. The controlling board of the workstation uses PCI bus as the communication method and applies SM5004, a professional motion control SOC chip, to the motor control. The software on PC supplies good interface for users and while the machining processes, users can observe the whole course in real - time.
