摘要
小鼠感染血吸虫病后，服制首乌黄芪煎剂每只1ml／d，分别于6和8周处死，取外周血测定自然杀伤细胞（NaturalKillerCells，NKC）活性。并与阳性对照组（未服药）和正常对照组对照。结果服药组小鼠外用血NK细胞活性明显高于未服药组（P＜0．01）。提示口服制首乌黄芪煎剂、能显著提高NK细胞活性。
The effect of Polygonum Mulfinorum and Astragali Seu Hedysari Thumb on the activity of NK cells of mice infected with S. japonicum was studied. The mice (n=94) were infected with cercaria of S.japonicum percutaneously. After the infection, the 30 mice were fed with liquid of Polygonum Mulfiflorum and Astragali Seu Hedysari Thumb 1 ml/day for 6 weeks and 52 mice in control group were given water. 6 and 8 weeks after the infection the activity of NK cells of peripheral blood of the mice was examined by LDH method. The results showed that the activity of NK cells of mice fed with the medicines were much higher than that of contr0l group (P<0. 01). It is concluded that the Polygonum Mulfiflorum and Astragali Seu Hedysari Thumb could enhance the activity of NK cells significantly.
