摘要
通过溶胶-凝胶(sol-gel)法,利用正硅酸乙酯作为无机前驱体,与芳香族的聚酰胺酸(PAA)混合,制备出聚酰亚胺/二氧化硅(PI/SiO2)纳米杂化薄膜。用红外光谱、原子力显微镜等手段研究偶联剂对薄膜亚胺化程度及其形态结构的影响。测试了薄膜的光学性能和溶解性。结果表明偶联剂的加入不但明显改善PI/SiO2两相间的相容性,而且使材料的各项性能也有所提高。
Polyimide/silica hybrid material films were prepared by the sol-gel method using hydrolyzed tetraethoxy silane (TEOS) as the inorganic precursor and polyamide acid in DMAc solution. The chemical structure morphology and degree of imidization were characterized by Fourier Transform Infrared Spectroscopy ~ FT-IR) and Atomic Force Microscopy (AFM). Then the optical properties and solubility of the films were tested. The result showed that the addition of coupling agent not only improved markedly the comparability of the two phases, but improved the properties of the material as well.
