摘要
利用同位素重水(deuterium oxide,D2O)跟踪烟草中的水分子,从而研究水分在加工过程中的转移变化。首先将烟丝真空干燥以脱去烟丝中的全部水分(游离水和结合水),加入等量D2O使其真空复吸,达到平衡。然后在不同的取样点对烟丝加工过程中的水分D2O用真空管道技术进行完全提取。经乙酸酐衍生化处理后,再用气相色谱质谱联用仪(GC-MS)分析,通过分析氘代乙酸与乙酸的摩尔比,得到D2O与H2O的摩尔比。从而确定在整个工艺过程中烟丝中的水分损失量和损失点。实验结果表明:烟丝中的水分流失几乎全部集中在炒制过程,从而为优化烟丝的加工工艺提供了理论依据。
Isotope(deuterium oxide, D2O)tracer method was used to trace the water content in cut tobacco in order to reveal the variation of water transfer in the course of tobacco processing. The cut tobacco obtained from each stage of the processing was dried in a vacuum oven to remove all of the water. It was then loaded into the vacuum line assembly (VLA) in which the same mass of deuterium oxide( D2O) was injected. The diffused D2O was absorbed by the dried tobacco till in equilibrium. The D2O at different stages of the processing were then extracted with the VLA, respectively. The D2O extract was derivatized with acetic anhydride, and analysed by GC -MS to obtain the mole ratio of CH3COOD to CH3COOH, through which the mole ratio of D2O/H2O was obtained. The amount of water lost at each stage of the processing was confirmed. It was found that the loss occurred mainly in the parching process. The result may be useful for the optimization of cut tobacco processing.
