摘要
本文介绍了在某球墨铸铁曲轴生产厂,采用磁粉和超声波无损检测方法对曲轴进行探伤,并对探伤中发现缺陷进行了统计分析,找出了缺陷多发部位,并就产生缺陷的原理及形成机理进行了分析,提出了相应的预防措施,以期对球墨铸铁曲轴生产者有所帮助。
This paper introduced the mathods of magnetic and ultrasonic NDT to inspect the defects in crankshaft,the results were statistically analysed, the location in which defects occur frequently was faund and the defects-produced mechanism was anatysed.Accordingly, some preventive measures for spheroidal cast iron crankshaft producers.were suggested.
