摘要
为适应制做各种高质量超厚管板及饼类锻件的要求,提高金属利用率和节约能源,研究开发出一种制造定向凝固大型钢锭技术。应用该技术,不需要复杂的激冷方式,就可以使大型钢锭在一定高度范围内消除各种宏观偏析。试验中,采用侧壁保温、顶面发热剂覆盖、大型铸铁底板激冷的方式,制做垂直定向凝固800×1200mm低合金钢20MnMo钢锭,在距离底板560mm高度范围内,组织致密,无铸造缺隐。
A Large vertically unidirectionally solidified steel Ingot 800×1200(20MnMo steel) was poured and dissected, The results shownthat there exist several channel segregations on the dissected face, and the height that channel segtegation occurs is about 0.56m. The corresponding ratio of the height to the diameter is 0.7. The developed technoloyy can be used in industry.
