摘要
本文介绍了定向凝固技术在饼形锻件用的钢锭制造中的应用,叙述了计算机模拟定向凝固过程的温度分布和凝固速度变化情况及实验过程和结果,并对影响柱状组织、凝固速度的因素进行了讨论,提出了理想的H/D和W_B/W_1的范围。定向凝固技术的应用,除了可以提高锻件质量外,还可以显著提高经济效益。
In this paper, the application of directional solidified technology in making ingots for cake forgings has been discussed. The temperature distribution and the change of solidifying speed imitated with a computer during the process of solidification are described, and the factors effecting on columnar microstructure and solidifying speed have been studied, and the ideal ranges of H/D W_B/W_1 are given. The application of directional solidifying tech nology can obviousIy improve economic benefits except for improvement of forging quality.
