缬沙坦对高血压病患者血压及微量白蛋白尿的影响 被引量:2

摘要 目的观察缬沙坦(valsartan)对高血压病患者并伴持续微量白蛋白尿(MAU)血压水平及尿蛋白排泄率的影响。方法60例高血压病伴MAU患者随机分为治疗组(缬沙坦80 mg/d)、对照组(倍他乐克,75 mg/d)治疗8周。结果治疗后2组血压水平明显下降(P<0.05),治疗组UAER较治疗前明显降低(P<0.05),而对照组治疗后较治疗前无显著差别。结论缬沙坦可更有效地降低高血压病患者的微量白蛋白尿,且其肾脏保护作用独立于其降血压作用。 Objective To evaluate the effect of valsartan on reducing blood pressure and microalbuminuria of hypertensive patients (HT) with persistent microalbuminuria(MAU). Methods The enrollment of 60 cases of HT with MAU were randomly divided into two groups :valsartan group for valsartan 80mg/d and conventional therapy group( B-blocking 75 mg/d). All the therapies lasted for 8 weeks. The changes of blood pressure and microalbuminuria were examined. Results The blood pressure in both groups was significantly decreased. Urinary albumin excretion rate (UAER) in valsartan group showed significant decrease after treatments ( P 〈 0.05 ), but there was no difference in UAER changes in conventional therapy group. Conclusion Valsartan efficiently reduces HT with MAU, and their preventive effect on the kidney is independent of their influence on the blood pressure.
