摘要
目的:探讨苯那普利与缬沙坦联合疗法对糖尿病肾病的临床效果。方法将74例糖尿病肾病患者随机分成两组,其中观察组39例、对照组35例,观察组采用苯那普利联合缬沙坦治疗,对照组仅采用苯那普利进行治疗,比较两组患者经20 w治疗后血糖、血压、24 h尿蛋白和血肌酐水平。结果两组患者治疗前后血糖、血压均明显下降,但两组治疗后比较差异无统计学意义,(>0.05);观察组患者经治疗后24 h尿蛋白及血肌酐水平均明显低于治疗前(<0.05),且观察组下降更为明显,两组治疗后比较差异显著(<0.05)。结论苯那普利联合缬沙坦较单用苯那普利治疗糖尿病肾病可有效降低患者血肌酐及蛋白尿水平,疗效更好,值得推广使用。
Objective To study the benzene that captopril and valsartan the clinical ef ect of combined therapy for diabetic nephropathy.Methods 74 patients with diabetic nephropathy were randomly divided into two groups,one group 39 cases,control group 35 cases,observation group with benzene that captopril combined valsartan treatment,control group treated with benzene only the split,compared two groups of patients after treatment for 20 weeks 24 h urine protein and blood glucose,blood pressure,serum creatinine levels.Results Two groups of patients before and after treatment the blood sugar and blood pressure were significantly decreased,but there was no statistical y significant dif erence comparing the two groups after treatment,(>0.05);Observation group of patients after treatment of the 24 h urine protein and serum creatinine levels were significantly lower than before treatment(<0.05),and observation group decreased more obviously,the two groups after treatment was significant dif erence(<0.05).Conclusion Benzene that captopril combined valsartan than use benzene that captopril treatment of patients with diabetic nephropathy can ef ectively reduce serum creatinine and level of proteinuria,curative ef ect is bet er,worthy of promotion of use.
