摘要
目的客观评价中药熏蒸对类风湿性关节炎(RA)的临床疗效,并探讨血红蛋白、血小板计数与类风湿关节炎病情活动的相关性。方法以随机开放性原则选择RA患者62例,分为非熏蒸常规治疗组(简称非熏组)和中药熏蒸治疗组(简称熏蒸组),后者在给予前者同样治疗的基础上加用中药熏蒸治疗,疗程均为20 d。结果熏蒸组治疗20 d后,患者症状体征均有明显改善,熏蒸组的总有效率为93.5%,显效率为45.2%;熏蒸疗法改善患者中医症状的有效率为96.8%,显效率为45.2%;与非熏组比,熏蒸组在患者的症状体征、中医症候的总有效率及显效率均明显优于非熏组;熏蒸组在血沉、C-反应蛋白等急性炎症指标的改善明显优于非熏组;同时发现62例伴有轻-中度贫血的RA患者,经中药熏蒸治疗20天后,Hb及RBC明显上升,而PLT明显下降,均有统计学意义。结论中药熏蒸疗法可协助抗风湿药物控制病情,有效抑制关节炎症,加快病情好转。
Objective To assess the clinical effects of Chinese herb fumigation and steaming therapy on RA during the active phase, and approach the relationship between hemoglobin,platelet and RA. Method 62 cases with RA were divided into two groups ,one was treated with usual methods. Another was treated with Chinese herb fumigation and steaming therapy （CHFST）. The latter group was treated with usual methods lasted for 20 days before Chinese herb fumigation and steaming therapy. Results CHFST treatment for 20 days in latter group had markedly improved the clinical symptoms and physical signs. The total effective rate was 93.5% ,the remarkable effective rate was 45.2% for clinical symptoms and the total effective rate and remarkable effective rate for TCM symptoms were 96.8% and 45.2% respectively. Compared with control group,the total effective rate and remarkable effective for clinical and TCM symptoms of CHFST was obviously higher. Conclusion CHFST can assist the anti-rheumatic drugs to control the patients＇ condition and joint inflammation, improve the state of the illness more quickly.
