Shoe Last Model Reconstruction and Surface Development Based on Reverse Engineering

摘要 帮样交互设计是制鞋CAD系统中重要的核心技术。在运用逆向工程方法,生成鞋楦及其展平图数字化模型的基础上,研究鞋楦面与其展平图间的帮样交互设计,给出了点的映射算法,对映射结果进行了误差分析,表明完全满足制鞋行业的精度要求。在此基础上,通过曲线的映射,实现了在鞋楦面与其展平图间帮样曲线的交互生成与编辑,给出了应用举例。系统通过UG平台的二次开发实现。 Shoe pattern interactive design is a core technique in shoe-making CAD system. Based on generating the digitalized model of shoe last surface and its developing graph using reverse engineering method, the interactive design between shoe last surface and its developing graph is researched. The arithmetic of point mapping and its error analysis is given, and the results show that the precision requested for shoe-making can be satisfied completely. The interactive generating and editing of shoe pattern curve between the shoe last surface and its developing graph is realized by curve mapping. An application example is given. The system is realized on the UG software.
