摘要
"分职场经营"是中国人寿镇江市分公司建立并实践了多年的一种职场管理模式。分职场经营以主管直接经营为管理形式,以"血缘"为组织纽带,以细胞式裂变为发展形态,以循序渐进为基本策略,以因地制宜为决策原则,以先试点后推开为基本策略。以完善的制度和有力的支持系统保证职场体系的高效运行与稳定发展,被实践证明是一种高效并易于操作的管理模式。目前,对于"分职场经营"模式下主管的素质、利益冲突及掌控力等尚存争议。营销分职场经营的模式在制度体系、标准化职场、机构触角方面还需要进一步完善。
"Separate sales office operation" is a sales office management model practiced for 5 years in China Life Zhenjiang Branch, As its basic form, the agent manager operates the sales office directly and it is organized by ties of "blood relationship". It expands like a cell division but should get started gradually. Its operation should take into account the local situation and preferably a trial operation should proceed its formal launching, With its effective system and strong support ensuring the smooth running and development of sales offices, it has been proved to be a highly efficient and easy-to-operate management model. It should be noted that there are different opinions on the qualification of agent managers, conflicts of interests and the issue of control. The "separate sales office operation" model is to be further improved on aspects of system construction, standardization of sales offices and institutional interference.
