摘要
介绍了传统大钢管法的测量原理及其优缺点,在此基础上提出一种直接测量船体横扭角的方法,基于光栅干涉产生的莫尔条纹的宽度或倾角变化来测量横扭角,发展了莫尔条纹的常规应用,分析了测量原理并进行了精度分析;仿真实验采用CCD探测器接收莫尔条纹图像并进行图像处理,根据条纹宽度变化求横扭角;结果表明在±7′范围内,实验室静态平均测量误差为2.1″;该方法涉及的测量系统不仅体积小、质量轻,便于安装调试,而且精度也比较高。
Measuring principle of big steel pipe method is presented, and its advantages and disadvantages are analyzed. A straight-- forward method of hull transverse twist angle measurement is put forward by measuring width change or angle change of Moir fringe based on interference of gratings. It breaks through the routine application of Moir fringe. The measuring principle is analyzed, and precision analysis is also provided. Moir fringe images are gathered by using CCD detector, and image processing is implemented during the emulational experiment. Transverse twist angle is figured out by measuring width change of Moir fringe. The results indicated that the static mean measurement error is 2.1″ in view field of ±7′. The measuring system of this method not only has some advantages of small bulk , light weight and ease of installation , but also has high precision.
