7175铝合金晶界偏析与阴极渗氢过程中的Mg-H相互作用 被引量:6

摘要 采用能谱,离子探针分析及阴极渗氢的方法,研究了不同时效状态下7175铝合金晶界固溶Mg偏析浓度与渗氢量的关系。发现渗氢量随Mg偏析浓度的增加而增加,表明在阴极渗氢过程中存在着Mg-H相互作用。 The relationship between solid solution Mg segregated on grain boundary and the content of Hpermeation in 7175 aluninium alloy under various aging conditions was studied by means of energy spectra, ion mass microprobe analysis and cathodic Hpermeation. It was found that the value of Hpermeation increases with an increase of the concentration of Mg segregated on grain boundary. This implied that there may exist MgH interaction in the process of cathodic Hpermeation.
