摘要
采用能谱,离子探针分析及阴极渗氢的方法,研究了不同时效状态下7175铝合金晶界固溶Mg偏析浓度与渗氢量的关系。发现渗氢量随Mg偏析浓度的增加而增加,表明在阴极渗氢过程中存在着Mg-H相互作用。
The relationship between solid solution Mg segregated on grain boundary and the content of Hpermeation in 7175 aluninium alloy under various aging conditions was studied by means of energy spectra, ion mass microprobe analysis and cathodic Hpermeation. It was found that the value of Hpermeation increases with an increase of the concentration of Mg segregated on grain boundary. This implied that there may exist MgH interaction in the process of cathodic Hpermeation.
