摘要
以胜利减压渣油中的饱和分、芳香分及胶质为研究对象,分别考察了它们在不同条件下的热反应行为。研究表明,在相同转化率下,胶质的缩合反应性能最强,而饱和分的裂化反应性能最强。各种组分热反应后残渣油中的饱和分在化学组成结构上的差别不大,而其它组分的化学组成结构却存在显著的差别。
Taking saturates aromatics and resins from Shengli vacuum residue (VR) as representatives, this thesis investigated the products distribution of cracking and condensation at different thermal reaction conditions. The results showed that the asphaltenes and toluene insolubles produced from aromatics were much less than those from resins, none were come from the saturates, and the distillate obtained from saturates were the most. The chemical structure of residue constituents obtained from the thermal conversion of saturates aromatics didn′t changed. The chemical stuctres of other compoents changed.
