摘要
洛阳石化工程公司炼制研究所开发研制的ＡＦＡ－１型催化裂化油浆系统阻垢剂，经过在呼和浩特炼油厂４个月的应用，除垢阻垢效果显著，解决了油浆换热器结垢堵塞问题；使产汽量增大，换热效率提高，增加了装置操作的稳定性。
The remarkable fouling removal and prevention effects of the AFA-l anti-fouling inhibitor, developed by the Process Research Institute of Luoyang Petrochemical Engineering Corporation,were proven by its four-month application in the Huhehaote Refinery. The problem of blocking up by fouling in heat exchangers of the slurry system was solved and no harmful effect on the FCC product quality and distribution was found. Increase in amount of steam generated,enhancement of heat tranfer efficiency and operation stability of FCCU has led to a net annual benefit of 2.38 million RMB yuan.
