摘要
以CYJ14-5-73HB型抽油机为例,阐明了用方案选择法对游梁式抽油机支架结构进行改进的具体步骤:首先分析抽油机支架受力状况,并用有限元法进行强度和刚度计算;然后用方案选择法进行结构优化,从而可得到一个应力分布均匀、刚度增大、重量显著减轻的新结构支架。实践表明,采用方案选择法对抽油机支架结构进行改进效果良好,不仅可节省钢材达30%,而且可减小支架顶部振幅,同时也使焊接量减少,节省焊接工时。
By taking Medel CYJ14-5-73HB pumping unit as an example ,the proeedures for modifying the sampson post ofa beam pumping unit by using the plan selection method are expounded, i .e. analyzing the force on the post and calcu-lating the strength and stiffness of the post and then optimizing the structure of the post by the plan selection methodthereby a new post with uniform-distributed stress, increased stiffness and light weight can be obtained .Practice showsthat by means of the medification, 30 percent of steel for the post can be saved, the vibration on the top of the post canbe damped, and less welding is demanded.
