摘要
为优化CYJ8-3-37HB型抽油机支架结构,提出了4种改进模型,利用ANSYS有限元分析软件在典型工况下,对4种模型进行了分析,得到了应力分布及最大位移值。在此基础上,对支架进行了强度、刚度和稳定性校核计算。结果表明,将原有支架正面的横撑杆改为斜撑杆,不仅结构合理,安全可靠,而且质量轻,对提高抽油机的设计质量,降低抽油机的制造成本具有重要意义。
Using ANSYS finite element analysis and in order to optimize CYJ8-3-37HB beam pumping unit support, four improved model structures are put forward and undergo typical working conditions. Then it obtained the distribution of stress and maximum displacement. On the basis denoted above, calibrating calculation is conducted on its strength, stiffness and its stability. The result shows that the support tends to be rational in structure, reliable for installation with light weight, which is of great significance for improving the quality of pumping unit design and reducing its manufacturing cost.
