摘要 通过泄压计算的设计原则、基本原理以及所使用的各种公式,介绍油田生产装置的整体泄压分析和计算。对API公式以及HYSIM公式进行分析研究,对如何选用HYSIM中的3种操作模型计算泄压进行了探讨。着重介绍在使用HYSIM软件进行泄压计算时数据的选取、内部公式的选用、计算结果的调试以及输出结果的打印各步骤的详细过程。最后以火灾情况为例说明泄压过程的实际计算方法和步骤,得到15min内P&T和泄放速率随时间变化的结果。 The analysis and caculation of integrated depressurization for oilfield production unit were described in this paper through the design critieria、the basic principle and various equations used. The formulas of API and HYSIM were analysed and studied. How to select the three kinds of operation model to caculate pressure relief was discussed. The detail processes of each step were mainly introduced including the selection and input of data, the selection of inner equation, the debugging of caculation result and the printing of output result when HYSIM sofeware was used.Taking a fire as an example, the actual caculation method and step during depressurization were presented so as to get the change result of P T and release rate with the lapse of time in 15 minute.
