摘要
利用HYSIM软件建立并模拟了以三催油浆为原料的油浆脱水装置工艺流程。与试验结果对比表明,模拟计算的结果是准确可信的。并根据模拟计算结果,提出了最佳设计条件,并对有关能耗进行了分析。
The process in which catalytic oil slurry is used feedstock for oil slurry dehydration unit is simulated by using HYSIM software. Comparison with experimental results shows that the simulation results are accurate and reliable. According to simulation results, the optimization design conditions are raised and related energy consumption is also analyzed .
