摘要
分析了聚合醇的作用机理,评价了聚合醇类防塌水基钻井液性能。当温度高于一定界限值时,聚合醇分子链束在钻屑表面、钻具、套管和井壁上附着,形成一层憎水性膜,抑制钻屑分散,提高井壁稳定性。室内实验结果表明,聚合醇钻井液具有良好的抑制性和润滑性,无毒,无荧光,配伍性好。在牛88井的应用结果表明,该钻井液体系井眼净化效果好,机械速度高,钻井周期短,井下复杂情况少。
Abstract: The optimum formulation of drilling fluid containing polyalcohols is presented and the function mechanism of polyalcohols is discussed. It is shown that polyalcohols can form a protective film when the temperature is over critical temperature. Application in Niu-88 well indicates that this drilling fluid system possesses the advantage of environmental safe, good inhibition property and lubrication property, and can improve the recovery ratio of shale, reduce the fric-tional resistance factor.
