摘要
从三峡输变电工程调试组织和内容体系的建立与完善、调试队伍的建立以及技术体系的建立与完善3个方面总结和分析了三峡输变电工程调试的组织成果,并对包括直流设备调试、分系统调试、站系统调试和系统调试主要成果的工程调试技术成果进行了分析。上述调试成果已在三峡输变电工程运行中得到了应用,并为以后输变电工程和特高压工程调试积累了技术资料。
The organizational achievements obtained from the commissioning of power transmission and transformation project for the Three Gorges Hydropower Station are summarized in three aspects, i.e., the establishment and perfection of commissioning organization and its content system, the establishment of commissioning contingent and technical system, as well as the establishment and perfection of technical system. The technological achievements from engineering commissioning, including principal results in DC equipment or device debugging test, subsystem commissioning test, substation or converter system station commissioning test and system commissioning test, are analyzed. Abovementioned commissioning test results have been applied in the operation of Three Gorges Power Transmission and Transformation Project, and technical data accumulated in this commissioning test is valuable for future commissioning test of power transmission and transformation project as well as that of UHV projects.
