摘要
总结三峡—广东直流工程系统调试的全过程,阐述了三广直流工程系统调试的主要技术内容,对系统调试过程中出现和解决的主要技术问题进行了分析和概括。通过三峡—广东直流输电工程的系统调试对三广直流工程一次和二次设备进行了全面考核。在试验过程中,一次和二次设备运行良好;二次控制保护设备的功能得到了验证。直流系统的起动/停运、低功率常压运行、降压运行、额定负荷和负荷运行控制保护功能以及冷却系统等设备的控制保护功能正常,解决了工程中存在的缺陷和问题,保证工程安全可靠地投入运行。
System commissioning test of the Three Gorges-Guangdong HVDC project was summarized. The main technical contents of system commissioning test were introduced, and the technical problems appeared and being solved during the system commissioning test were analyzed and summarized. The primary and the secondary equipments were checked throughout the test, and operated very well. The functions of the secondary control and protection equipments were tested during system commissioning test. The functions for control and protection system of HVDC and valve cooling equipment operated normally during the tests of start/stop, low power and normal vohage operation, reduced vohage operation, rated and over load operation. The problems of this HVDC project were solved through the system commissioning test, which assured the safety and reliability of operation for this HVDC project.
