Impact of Interconnected Wind Farm on Power System Protection

摘要 对风电系统的电磁暂态过程进行了分析,建立了风力发电机的电磁暂态数学模型。使用Matlab中的动态仿真工具Simulink,对包含风电场的单机无穷大系统在联络线发生故障时的情况进行了动态仿真,得出了不同类型风电机组在不同短路故障时的短路电流。通过实例分析验证了风电场对电网继电保护的影响,得到了在考虑风电场的情况下进行系统继电保护整定的特殊整定原则。 The electromagnetic transient of wind power system is analyzed and an electromagnetic transient mathematical model of wind power generator is built. Using dynamic simulation tool Simulink in Matlab, the single machine infinite bus system interconnected with wind farm under different tie-line faults is dynamically simulated and the short circuit currents of various types of wind power generation sets under different short circuit faults are obtained. By means of case study, the impacts of interconnected wind farm on power system protective relayings are validated. On this basis, some special setting principle of power system protective relayings is obtained while the interconnected wind farm is taken into account.
