摘要
我国的石油套管损坏井绝大部分都集中在盐岩、泥(页)岩、膏岩、膏盐岩等软岩地层中。在文中就目前我国复杂地层的套管柱设计的不合理性进行了详细的剖析。经过5年多的研究,搞清了超高压地层套管损坏的机理,在此基础上提出了在超高压地层使用双层组合套管的设计方案,特别是局部双层组合套管设计方案,并就各种方案的设计与优选、经济效益评估及施工工艺进行了详细介绍,得出了使用局部双层组合套管是解决超高压地层套管变形的最佳方案的结论。
The total mumbers of casing failure wells of China were over ten thousands, and the great part of casing failure wells centralize in trorblesome formations such as saline rock, shale, gypsum rock, gypsum-salt rock and so on. This paper analyzes in detail the irrational rules if the casing desgin at formations in our coutry. We have researched for five years. At this base, we presents the scheme design of double-layer casing, which is a special scheme design of local double-layer casing. Its optimum, economic evaluation and construction technique were discussed. The result, the local double-layer casing, is the best consideration to solve casing failure problems in high pressure formation
