摘要
利用药敏纸片琼脂扩散法,检测了两株双歧杆菌BB-11和BB-12对临床常用的9大类20种广谱抗生素的药物敏感性。结果显示,两株菌对同一类药物的敏感性有着较好的吻合。对青霉素类、喹诺酮类、氨基糖甙类(卡那霉素除外)全部表现为耐药,对β-内酰胺类、大环内酯类、万古霉素、四环素等全部表现为敏感或中度敏感。随后采用碱裂解法对两株受试菌进行了质粒提取,电泳检测未见条带,初步判断BB-11、BB-12中无质粒存在。
The antibiotic susceptibility of two strains of bibidobacterium was studied through disc agar diffusion method. The result displayed that two strains shared great coincidence to the same group of drugs. Both of them were resistant to penicilins, quinolones and aminoglycosides (except for amkin), while showed sensitivity to β-lactam, macrolides, vancocin and cyclomycin. Analysis of the plasmid DNA revealed that there was no plasmid found in the bifidobacteria.
