摘要
恶性肿瘤是危害人类健康的重要因素之一,对恶性肿瘤进行早期诊断和治疗对于提高肿瘤患者的生存率具有十分重要的意义。早期诊断,应是针对无症状的"健康"者而言,但恶性肿瘤几乎在人体各个器官、组织皆可出现,并且在发病直至晚期大多无任何自觉症状,因而给早期诊断增加了难度。利用肿瘤相关抗原作为标志物(TM),通过免疫分析进行恶性肿瘤的早期检出已成为诊断和监控肿瘤疾病的重要手段之一。本文基于多通道电化学免疫测定芯片,采用差分脉冲伏安法测量方法,设计了恶性肿瘤早期诊断仪。对其硬件设计和工作原理做了介绍,并进行具体实验得到的相应峰值。该系统具有测量周期短,易于测量等优点。
Cancer is one of the most important factors which are harmful to human,so it is of great significance for us to diagnose the cancer early and improve the survival rate of cancer patients. The so-called early diagnosis means that it is used for the asymptomatic person. Early diagnosis is so difficult, because cancer may exist in almost all human organs, tissues,and there are few obvious symptoms for us to diagnose. Using tumor-associated antigen markers (TM), malignant tumor by immunoassay in the early detection has become one of the important means to diagnose and monitor cancer. In the paper, it introduces Diagnostic apparatus of cancer, which is based on the multi-channel electrochemical immunoassay chip and difference pulse voltammetry. It also introduces the design of the hardware of the instrument, and uses it to detect the content of the malignant tumor. This system has a short cycle of measurement, and the measurement is in excellent operation.
