摘要 阐述了一种基于电化学三电极体系、研究溶液体系特性的高性能电子舌的设计原理和方法。它具有恒电位扫描、循环伏安扫描、调幅脉冲扫描、复频调幅脉冲扫描等多种功能,能对溶液体系施加多种方式的激励信号,得到多种相应特性,从而实现对溶液的全面分析。该电子舌能在酒类品质分析、食品安全检测、水质污染检测中发挥积极作用。 The design principle and the method of a high accurate electronic tongue which is based on a three-electrode structure for solution system characteristics research are discussed. This electronic tongue has many functions such as constant potential scan, cy- clic voltammetry and multi-frequency amplitude pulse scan. It can get solution' s characteristics from acting several actuating signals on solution system. So that, the solution system can be analyzed roundly. The electronic tongue can be used in testing the wine quality, food' s security check and the water quality determination.
