天津市医学研究生新生网络成瘾相关因素分析 被引量:3

The Analysis on the Relational Factors of Pathological Internet Use among the Post-graduate Medical Students in Tianjin

摘要 目的了解医学研究生新生网络成瘾的流行特征,探讨社会环境等相关因素与网络成瘾的关系。方法选取某医科大学研究生新生为研究对象,使用上网一般情况调查问卷、症状自评量表、社交回避和苦恼量表、社会支持评定量表、自尊量表、艾森克成人个性问卷以及中文网络成瘾量表对研究对象进行评定,以不记名自填式的问卷方式进行数据收集,获得有效样本556人,有效问卷回收率为94.72%。结果近一年上网者占95.3%,网络成瘾者占5.3%。爱好赌博、爱好玩电游、在学习或工作上有较大压力、精神质人格特质及低自尊为主要危险因子,OR值分别为13.966,3.440,1.249,0.889和2.749(95%CI分别为1.662~117.835,1.401~8.450,1.096~1.423,0.821~0.963,1.167~6.475),P<0.05。结论大多数研究生新生有上网经历。爱好赌博、爱好玩游戏、学习或工作压力较大、有精神质人格倾向和低自尊者网络成瘾危险比值较高。 Objective To explore the epidemic characters of Pathological Internet Usage (PIU) in the newly enrolled postgraduates and further to detect the relationship between PIU and relative social environment, etc., so as to provide more evidence for the etiology of PIU. Methods Questionnaire was conducted in 556 newly enrolled post-graduate students of a medical university. The recovery rate of the valid questionnaires was 94.72%, and the data were analyzed by chi-square test, t-test and logistic regression. Results The rate of internet-utilizing students in recent one year was 95.3%, thereinto, 5.3% of them was with internet addiction disorder. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the major impact factors were gamble, playing games, the heavy study pressure, psychoticism personality characteristic tendency and low self-respect, the OR values (95% CI) were 13.966 (1.662-117.835), 3.440 (1.401-8.450), 1.249 (1.096-1.423), 0.889 (0.821-0.963) and 2.749 (1.167-6.475), respectively (all P〈0.05). Conclusions The results can provide the general information of mental health, internet use and the significant impact factors for PIU among the post-graduates. The relevant departments should pay high attention to their mental health, and guide them to use internet reasonably to avoid affecting their mental and physical health.
