摘要
采用固相萃取和气相色谱／质谱法同时测定了同一生产线不同生产点抽取的同一牌号31个烟丝样品中的氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯、顺式氯氰菊酯和溴氰菊酯残留量。结果表明：①5种拟除虫菊酯的检出限在2．9-36μg／kg之间，平均回收率为75．7％-110．0％，相对标准偏差0．65％-5．63％；②样品中均残留氯菊酯、氟氯氰菊酯、氯氰菊酯和顺式氯氰菊酯，但均未超过最高残留限量。
The residues of permethrin, cylfuthrin, cypermethrin, alphacypermethrin, and dehamethrin in 31 cut tobacco samples of the same brand from different sites in a primary processing line were determined simul- taneously by SPE and GC/MS. The results showed that the recoveries of the five pyrethroids ranged from 75.7% to 110% with 0.65% to 5.63% （n = 6） of RSD and 2.9-36 μg/kg of the limits of detection. The permethrin, cylfuthrin, cypermethrin and alphacypermethrin were detectable in all the samples, however their contents were all below maximum residue limit.
