摘要
由电泳得知赤子爱胜蚓ＥｉｓｅｎｉａＦｏｅｌｉｄｅ有６种纤溶酶同工酶。经纯化从中得到一种具强纤溶活性的单组分酶。收率为粗酶粉总活力的１９．１％。该酶分子量为３００００Ｄ，比活为６６６７Ｕ／ｍｇ，在ｐＨ４～１１及２５℃～５５℃温度范围内稳定。
Six fibrinolytic isoenzymes in earthworm(Eisenia foelide) were exhibited by PAGE. A potent hemogenous fibrinolytic enzyme component with MW 30000 D was purifited from crude enzyme. The yield from crude enzyme is 19.1%, and the specific activity is 6667 IU/mg. This enzyme is stable in pH 411, and in temperature 2555℃.
