摘要
研究了中药中空液体栓剂的制备。体外溶出试验表明中空液体栓剂具有明显的速释效果。兔体内生物利用度参数证明中空栓的Ｔｍａｘ、Ｃｍａｘ和ＡＵＣ均优于普通栓剂、肌肉注射和口服给药。
This paper studied the manufacturing process of Hollow liquid suppository for Chinese drug. The Hollow liquid suppository showed the quick releasing effect in vitro and its Pharmacokinietic parameters in the rabbits also showed that its T max , C max , AUC0→4 are faster, higher and greater than ones of the conventional suppository, im and po.
