摘要
为实现小功率开关电源的高效率和小型化,应用多层印制电路板高频平面变压器技术,设计并制作了基于电流型脉宽集成控制芯片UC3842的隔离单端反激式开关电源。分析了选用MOSFET开关管及电阻/电容/二极管箝位元件的依据和方法,试验结果验证了设计的有效性。将高频平面变压器应用于反激式开关电源中,使得该电源模块高度低,体积小,电磁干扰小,满载效率达到89%。
An off-line flyback switching power supply is designed based on the current-mode Pulse Width Modulation (PWM) integrated chip UC3842. Multi-PCB (Printed Circuit Board) high frequency planar transformer technology is used to achieve high efficiency and low profile, The key design components such as MOSFET switch tube, output rectifying tube and RCD clamp circuit are analyzed. The experimental results show its validity. With the high frequency planar transformer technology, the power supply enjoys low profile, small volume (30 mm×30 mm×8 mm), low EMI radiation, 89% of the overall efficiency was achieved for the power supply.
