摘要
分析目前大功率低速船用柴油机轴瓦的巴氏合金浇注技术难题和常见质量缺陷,通过对巴氏合金浇注工艺技术及浇注后变形规律进行研究,对浇注工艺进行改进和优化,确保轴瓦合金层具有均匀的金相组织、较高的结合强度、足够的承载能力、以及良好的力学性能,达到大功率低速船用柴油机专利公司的要求,获得生产许可认证。
Through analysis of the technical problem encountered during the pouring of Babbitt layer for high-powered low-speed marine diesel engine bearing shell and of common defects, as well as the research of pouring technique and distortion rule of Babbitt layer, the centrifugal pouring technique is improved and optimized. It can ensure that the Babbitt layer has uniform metallurgical structure, high bonding strength, enough bearing capacity and good mechanical properties, and that meet the specification offered by high-powered low-speed marine diesel engine company.
