摘要 对Sn基巴氏合金轴瓦金相组织的基体、硬质质点β相(SnSb)和ε相(Cu6Sn5)的形态、结构、硬度等进行了分析,认为巴氏合金只有在基体上分布着均匀、弥散、细小的硬质质点时才能获得较好的承载能力,延长轴瓦的使用寿命。对巴氏合金金相组织中晶体分布质量的定量评定及评定标准也作了介绍。 The matrix of Sn-base babbit alloy, morphologies, structure and hardness etc. of its hard particles phases β(SnSb ) and ε(Cu6Sn5) were analyzed. It's considered that the babbitt alloy has relatively high loading capacity which is favorable to increase the working life of the axel bush only when there are fine hard particles distributing uniformly and dispersedly in its matrix. The quantitive assess of the distribution quality of crystals in microstructure of babbit alloy and the assess standard was also introduced.
