摘要
介绍一种两对盘卧式圆环试件虚拟摩擦试验机的总体设计过程,包括试验机的基本工作原理、组成、系统软硬件的设计。通过对材料工作环境比较全面的模拟,利用LabVIEW良好的图形化界面及编程环境,实现测试数据的实时显示、记录、报告打印和历史数据的回放。保证了测试数据的可靠性和精确性。
This paper gives an introduction to the design process of a horizontal type virtual friction testing machine, including its basic operating principle, components and the methods to design the system software and hardware. By simulating the working environment of materials and using the proper graphical interface and programming environment of LabVIEW, the virtual instrument can implement the necessary functions, such as the real - time data display, recording, report printing and historical data recalling, thus ensuring the reliability and accuracy of the data under test.
