摘要
研制出一种新型重载滑动摩擦试验机,用于测试滑动轴承的摩擦系数,它由主体、试样夹具、压力机和计算机数据采集系统组成。该机系统具有正压力大、调速范围广的特点,采用了12位数据采集卡和Pentium计算机组成的数据采集和分析系统,测量精度高,还采用VB6.0语言开发相应的软件,实现自动存储、自动数据处理和实时显示。
In this paper a new type of overloading tester that is mainly used for testing friction coefficient of sliding bearing is introduced. It is made from frame, sample clamp, and press and computer data acquisition system. It possesses many characteristics, such as large vertical press, wide speed regulating range and high measurement precision .In addition, automatic data memory, automatic data acquisition, data process and real-time display are adopted in this system.
