摘要
以叶黄素为原料,丙二醇为溶剂,通过加压加热的方式促进其氧化降解,得到了适用于烟草加香的特色香原料产品。试验结果表明:采用加压氧化技术生产烟草微量特征化合物时。反应釜空气压力以(3~5)bar,反应釜温度110~120℃,降解时间(10~15)min为最佳。叶黄素加压降解产物主要含有13种特征潜香物质,其中包括酮类化合物(8种)、醛类化合物(2种)、醇类化合物(2种)、内酯类化合物(1种)。评吸结果表明,叶黄素的加压降解产物在卷烟加香上具有广阔的开发价值和应用前景。
In this paper a tobacco flavor is produced from lutein using a pressured tank reactor. The optimal condition for degradation in PG is as follows: pressure is (3-5) bar; temperature is 110-120℃; time is (10-15) min. The product contains 13 tobacco trace characteristic compounds detected by GC-MS, include 8 ketones, 2 aldehyde, 3 alcohols, 1 lactone. Smoking test results indicate this product have extensive development and application value.
