个人与组织匹配对组织公民行为的影响研究 被引量:7

摘要 个人与组织匹配对员工的态度和行为有重要的影响。本文以社会认知理论为基础,引入情感承诺作为中介变量,从价值观一致性、目标一致性、工作与环境一致性三种匹配方式探索个人与组织匹配对组织公民行为的影响过程,并在此基础上为企业管理者提出相应的管理策略与建议。
