人与岗位匹配的国内外研究综述 被引量:17

摘要 人与岗位匹配研究对于个体和组织绩效具有十分重要的影响。这篇文章主要介绍了当今人与岗位匹配研究的国内外现状以及研究意义,文中运用员工岗位匹配管理和激励、工作分析、绩效评估等有关人力资源管理理论,对企业员工岗位匹配管理营造人力资源优势进行了研究分析。最后,该文对企业员工岗位匹配管理的研究进行总结。
